Conduct comprehensive internal audits across various non-financial sectors including Manufacturing, FMCG, Pharma, and IT.

Develop and maintain strong client relationships, managing expectations through effective communication and technical expertise.

Possess a solid understanding of operational risks and relevant business processes and systems.

Manage multiple projects concurrently, demonstrating excellent team leadership and multitasking capabilities.

Candidates should hold a CA or MBA qualification. CA Freshers are welcome, alongside other professionals with relevant Internal Audit experience.

Experience in internal audits of non-financial clients from Big 4 or large consulting firms is preferred. Industry professionals should ideally have experience in compliance, internal audit, risk management, or operations departments.

Proficiency in areas like Python, SQL, Tableau, and cybersecurity fundamentals will be an added advantage. Strong presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
