Conduct comprehensive internal audits for non-financial clients across Manufacturing, FMCG, Pharma, and IT sectors. Assess operational risks, ensure compliance, and manage risk management functions. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, effectively communicating technical knowledge and responsiveness to manage expectations. Contribute to building a robust client base through excellent presentation and negotiation skills.

Candidates should hold a CA or MBA qualification with relevant post-qualification experience, or be CA freshers. Prior experience with Big 4 or large consulting firms in internal audits of non-financial clients is preferred. Industry professionals should ideally have experience in compliance, internal audit, risk management, or operations departments. A strong understanding of operational processes, systems, and associated risks is essential. The ability to manage multiple projects, lead teams, and multitask effectively is crucial for success in this demanding role.
