Conduct thorough internal audits across various non-financial client sectors, including Manufacturing, FMCG, Pharma, and IT. Assess and understand risks within operational areas and implement effective risk management strategies. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong multitasking capabilities and team leadership. Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and responsiveness. Prepare comprehensive reports and present findings clearly and concisely.

CA or MBA qualification with relevant post-qualification experience, or CA freshers are encouraged to apply. Other professional backgrounds like engineering or data analytics may be considered with relevant Internal Audit (IA) experience.

Experience working with Big 4 or large consulting firms, particularly in internal audits of non-financial clients, is preferred. Industry professionals should ideally have experience in compliance, internal audit, risk management, or operations departments.

Demonstrate strong knowledge of operational processes, systems, and associated risks. Possess excellent presentation, negotiation, and client development skills. Essential qualities include high integrity, a proactive attitude, and robust problem-solving abilities to devise creative solutions.
