Join our dynamic Assurance team as an Assistant Manager in Internal Audit, based in Bengaluru. This role focuses on Controls Assurance, with a strong emphasis on IT Controls, AI, and Data Analytics. You will be instrumental in driving functional excellence and supporting innovation and growth.

We are seeking professionals with a CA or MBA qualification, and post-qualification experience or CA freshers are welcome. Candidates from other disciplines like engineering or data analytics are also considered if they possess relevant Internal Audit experience. A background in the Big 4 or large consulting firms, specifically with experience in internal audits for non-financial clients (Manufacturing, FMCG, Pharma, IT), is highly advantageous. Industry professionals should ideally have experience in compliance, internal audit, risk management, or operations departments.

Key responsibilities include possessing a strong understanding of operational processes, systems, and associated risks. You'll be expected to manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong team leadership capabilities. The role requires a high degree of integrity, a proactive attitude, and the ability to deliver results under pressure. You will also be responsible for developing client relationships and managing client expectations through effective communication and technical expertise.

Essential qualifications include a CA or MBA degree, with preference for post-qualification experience or CA freshers. While specific degrees are considered, relevant Internal Audit experience is paramount. Proficiency in skills such as Python, SQL, Tableau, and a fundamental understanding of cyber security are considered significant advantages. Experience with Big 4 firms or in internal audits of diverse non-financial sectors is beneficial. Candidates must exhibit excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and team management skills, coupled with strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity for effective multitasking.
