Join our dynamic Assurance team as an Assistant Manager in Internal Audit. This role is crucial for driving functional excellence and enabling innovation. We are seeking proactive individuals to contribute to our long-term growth and success.

Your responsibilities will include conducting internal audits with a focus on Controls Assurance, particularly in IT Controls, AI, and Data Analytics. You will be instrumental in assessing risks across operational areas and ensuring strong knowledge of relevant processes and systems. Managing multiple projects and leading teams will be key aspects of this role.

We are open to candidates with a CA or MBA qualification, or CA freshers with post-qualification experience. Other professional backgrounds like engineering or data analytics are also considered with relevant IA experience. Proficiency in Python, SQL, Tableau, and fundamental cybersecurity knowledge are advantageous. Experience with Big 4/large consulting firms or in the internal audit/compliance/risk management functions of non-financial clients (Manufacturing, FMCG, Pharma, IT) is preferred. Strong integrity, self-drive, excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are essential.
