As an Assistant Manager, your primary responsibilities will involve building and nurturing positive working relationships with both internal teams and clients, consistently aiming to exceed expectations. You will be instrumental in the preparation and review of tax forms, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Your role will also include reviewing underlying documentation, proactively requesting any missing information, identifying potential discrepancies, and accurately inputting data into required formats. A solid understanding of tax computation principles is essential for success in this position.

Ideal candidates will possess prior experience in preparing or reviewing Form 1040, the US individual tax return. Fresh graduates or those with no prior experience will also be considered, provided they demonstrate potential.

Essential qualifications include a minimum of a Bachelor's degree. While many applicants will have a finance or tax specialization, we also welcome B.Tech graduates who have pursued US tax training and education through recognized Indian institutes.

Preferred qualifications include being an Enrolled Agent or CPA, indicating advanced US tax education and credentials, typically placing candidates in senior experience categories.
