This role offers exposure to a wide array of transactions, including IPOs and cross-border acquisitions, working with clients ranging from large multinationals to owner-managed businesses. There are also potential opportunities for international secondment.

As a Deputy Manager in our Financial Due Diligence (FDD) team, you will cultivate strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service. Key responsibilities include:

- Rapidly understanding target businesses and their key drivers. - Analyzing information memoranda, business plans, and publicly available data. - Producing high-quality deliverables (Excel, PowerPoint) within deadlines. - Reviewing historical trading, cash flow, and balance sheets. - Evaluating projections and their underlying assumptions. - Identifying and reporting potential risks and price-impacting considerations to clients.

We are seeking a CA qualified professional with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. Essential skills include strong report writing and reviewing abilities, meticulous attention to detail, conciseness, and robust risk management capabilities. Proficiency in Excel for rapid data manipulation is crucial, alongside strong commercial acumen and market awareness. A commitment to high-quality service and fluency in written and verbal English are also necessary.
