As a Deputy Manager in the FDD Team, you will cultivate strong client relationships and deliver exceptional results. Key responsibilities include rapidly grasping target business dynamics, interpreting financial documents, and producing high-quality deliverables within deadlines.

You will analyze historical trading, cash flow, and balance sheets, as well as review projections and their underlying assumptions. A crucial part of the role involves reporting potential risks and price-affecting considerations to our clients, working on diverse transactions from IPOs to cross-border acquisitions.

We seek a CA qualified professional or equivalent with 3 to 5 years of experience. Essential skills include strong report writing, attention to detail, conciseness, and risk management capabilities. Proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and a solid commercial acumen with market awareness are also vital.

Fluency in both written and verbal English is required, alongside a commitment to delivering high-quality service. Transaction experience would be a significant advantage for this role.
