As an Assistant Manager in our Modelling & Insights ICC Team, cultivate strong relationships with colleagues and clients to surpass expectations. You will support all facets of business modelling to empower better strategic choices. Typical engagements involve creating models and performing analyses for mergers & acquisitions, private equity transactions, strategic business planning, feasibility studies, working capital management, financial restructuring, divestments, and integration.

Engage in a variety of projects, assisting member firms and clients throughout the model development lifecycle. Collaborate within a team to design, develop, and test models, considering various scenarios and sensitivities to enhance client analysis. Meet tight deadlines on complex, dynamic, and high-profile projects, while proactively contributing innovative solutions and driving the Business Modelling Group strategy forward. Demonstrate strong diagnostic abilities and apply a logical, analytical approach to problem-solving.

To excel in this role, you will possess a comprehensive understanding of business modelling services, backed by a relevant professional background. Essential qualifications include a CA or CFA (International) designation and 0-3 years of experience. Strong academic achievements are expected, alongside excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is crucial, coupled with an eagerness to work in a demanding and fast-paced environment.

We seek individuals who can collaborate effectively with team members at all organizational levels and work autonomously with minimal supervision. A proactive and inquisitive mindset, driven by a passion for delivering world-class client service, is highly valued. While not mandatory, working knowledge of model building, reviews, VBA coding, SQL, or Tableau would be advantageous. This position does not require extensive travel, and our default working arrangement is hybrid.
