As an Assistant Manager, you will lead and execute projects, develop analytics solutions, and identify cash flow improvement opportunities through advanced analytics and change management. You will manage junior team members, foster strong stakeholder relationships, and quickly grasp target business drivers. A key part of your role will involve interpreting and analyzing client financial data, particularly concerning receivables, payables, and inventory, utilizing tools like Excel, Alteryx, and Power BI.

Produce high-quality deliverables within agreed timelines, provide updates to senior management, and contribute to business development efforts. You will also participate in practice development initiatives and collaborate within cross-border teams, gaining exposure to diverse clients and potentially international secondments.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics, complemented by over 10 years of relevant work experience. An MBA is highly preferred. Significant experience in management consulting is essential, along with a proven record of delivering performance improvement projects in areas like supply chain, inventory optimization, procurement, or sales/accounts receivable. A strong understanding of cash flow metrics and working capital levers is required.

Demonstrated expertise in order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, or forecast-to-fulfill workstreams is crucial, as is the ability to mobilize large teams and manage projects end-to-end. A strong analytical mindset and proficiency with common analytics tools such as Excel, Access, Alteryx, and Power BI/Tableau are necessary. Business development experience in leading pursuits is also important. Fluency in written and verbal English is mandatory.
