As a Manager within Transaction Services – Working Capital, you will cultivate strong working relationships with teams and clients to consistently exceed expectations.

You will be a key player in managing and executing projects, developing advanced analytics solutions, and building effective frameworks to boost delivery efficiency. Your role involves collaborating with onsite teams and clients to uncover cash flow improvement opportunities through sophisticated analytics and driving change management initiatives.

Key responsibilities include leading and mentoring junior team members, fostering and leveraging relationships with relevant stakeholders. You'll rapidly grasp the nuances of target businesses and their operational drivers, critically interpreting, evaluating, and analyzing client financial data, particularly concerning receivables, payables, and inventory.

This position requires proficiency in data transformation and visualization tools like Excel, Alteryx, and Power BI, alongside producing high-quality deliverables within deadlines. You will also contribute to business development by leading client pursuits, including presentations and meetings, and actively participate in practice development to maintain our team's reputation as a premier workplace.

Expect to work within cross-border teams of varying sizes on engagements that range from brief durations to several months, collaborating with intellectually stimulating clients from large multinationals, private equity firms, to owner-managed businesses. We seek a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics, coupled with over 10 years of relevant professional experience. An MBA is highly preferred.

Significant experience in management consulting is essential, alongside a proven track record of successfully delivering performance improvement projects. These projects should focus on areas such as supply chain/inventory optimization, sourcing/procurement, or sales/accounts receivable, demonstrating tangible results like cost reduction and increased cash flow.

Candidates must possess a strong grasp of cash flow metrics and the operational levers of working capital. Demonstrated expertise in at least one of the three major business workstreams—order to cash, procure to pay, or forecast to fulfil—is crucial. The ability to mobilize large teams and manage projects from initiation to completion is also a prerequisite.

A sharp analytical mindset and familiarity with common analytics tools, including Excel, Access, Alteryx, and Power BI/Tableau, are required. Experience in leading end-to-end business development pursuits is necessary, complemented by an excellent academic record.

While transaction experience or exposure would be advantageous, strong report writing and reviewing skills with meticulous attention to detail, conciseness, and risk management are mandatory. Excellent commercial acumen, market awareness, and a commitment to high-quality service, along with fluency in written and spoken English, are essential for success in this role.
