We partner with business leaders to provide strategic talent advice, drive employee engagement, and bring our vision to life. This dynamic team covers areas like Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Mobility, Compensation, and HR Operations.

As a key member of the Talent team, you will provide expert support across various HR functions. Your responsibilities include managing stakeholder relationships, championing employee well-being and engagement, overseeing talent management processes, ensuring operational excellence, and driving HR initiatives. You will manage HR processes for 400-600 employees, working closely with business leaders to enhance employee experience and align HR strategies with organizational goals. This includes supporting performance reviews, retention efforts, and new joiner integration, while also ensuring compliance with employment laws and contributing to process automation.

We are seeking an experienced HR professional with a proven track record as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role. A strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential. Familiarity with employment legislation and proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite are required.

To qualify, candidates should possess a Master's degree or HR certification, along with a minimum of 6 years of experience in HR Operations. An MBA or a PG Diploma in Human Resource Management is preferred.
