This Assistant Manager role within the CBS - TAL - ENABLEMENT team focuses on delivering strategic talent solutions that enhance our employer value proposition. You will partner with business leaders to provide expert HR advice, drive employee engagement, and implement best practices across various HR functions.

As a key member of the Talent team, you will support a group of 600-1000 employees. Your responsibilities include:

- Managing HR processes with limited supervision, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with employment laws. - Building relationships with stakeholders and providing coaching to counselors. - Assisting in the implementation of HR policies and employee engagement initiatives. - Streamlining performance reviews, conducting retention conversations, and supporting new joiner integration. - Contributing to location-specific initiatives and process automation efforts.

To excel in this role, you should have:

- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role. - A strong grasp of HR functions, best practices, and employment legislation. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. - The ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. - Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- A Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) or an HR certification is preferred. - A minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience is required, with HR Operations experience of 6+ years being beneficial.
