Provide expert HR Business Partnering support, demonstrating a solid understanding of HR BP functions and workforce financial activities. Utilize analytics to interpret HR data, identify key trends, and drive data-informed decision-making. Leverage advanced Excel skills for comprehensive reporting, dashboard creation, data analysis, and efficient management of large HR datasets. Develop clear, impactful presentations that translate analytical insights into actionable business recommendations. Gain working knowledge of Power BI to build visual reports and enhance HR performance tracking and analysis.

To excel in this role, you should possess a strong foundation in HR Business Partnering and a keen understanding of workforce-related financial services. Proficiency in leveraging HR analytics to interpret data, identify trends, and support data-driven strategies is essential. Advanced capabilities in Excel for reporting, dashboarding, and managing substantial HR datasets are required.
