This role is within the Central/COE HR team, focusing on Talent Consulting and Operations in Mumbai. The Talent team at EY collaborates across functions to develop strategic solutions that enhance our employer value proposition. We partner with business leaders to provide strategic talent advice, driving engagement and bringing our strategy to life. Our workstreams include Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Mobility, Compensation and Benefits, HR Systems, Operations, and People Data Reporting and Analytics.
As an Assistant Manager in HR Operations for Talent Consulting, you will be instrumental in driving key HR initiatives. Your responsibilities will include designing and managing new talent programs and employee surveys, analyzing results to align with people strategies. You'll act as the custodian for specific talent initiatives at the Service Line level, ensuring their effective execution through HR Business Partners.
Furthermore, you will analyze diverse employee data to identify trends and insights relevant to the Service Line. Collaborating with HRBPs, you will implement corporate HR initiatives and gather real-time feedback. Engaging with senior business leaders to secure sponsorship for talent initiatives and monitoring initiative effectiveness with data-driven recommendations will be crucial. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices is essential for developing impactful programs.
To excel in this role, a strong analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven insights is essential. You should be confident in influencing senior business leaders and aligning HR initiatives with business goals. Proven experience in designing and implementing HR initiatives, preferably within a COE or similar function, is required. A deep understanding of HR principles is necessary to develop impactful programs.
Skills in leading employee surveys and translating findings into actionable strategies are key. Excellent communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills are needed to work effectively with HRBPs and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be proactive, innovative, and adept at managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Strong leadership, presentation, and negotiation skills are also highly valued. An MBA in HR from a premium B-school is preferred, alongside 8+ years of experience in a Central HR role.
