Our Talent team encompasses workstreams such as Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Mobility, Compensation and Benefits, and enabling functions like HR Systems, Operations, and People Data Reporting & Analytics. We utilize our global strength to drive HR technology, projects, and processes to meet evolving business needs.
Serve as a key member of the Talent team, providing essential support and guidance across various HR functions. Responsibilities include managing stakeholder relationships, championing employee engagement, overseeing talent management initiatives, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining compliance, and contributing to strategic talent projects.
You will manage HR processes for a group of 400-600 employees, collaborating closely with business leaders and counselors. Key duties involve building employee networks for insights, coaching counselors, and supporting reviews. Additionally, you will assist in implementing HR policies, designing engagement plans, and advocating for employee well-being through initiatives like Focus Group Discussions.
Key responsibilities also include streamlining performance reviews, conducting retention conversations, addressing underperformance, and supporting new joiner integration. You will handle HR processes for your assigned employee group with limited supervision, uphold high HR standards, and resolve basic employee queries and grievances. Ensuring compliance with employment laws is paramount, alongside participating in location-specific events and contributing to process automation efforts.
We are seeking individuals with proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar capacity, possessing a strong understanding of HR functions and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Candidates should demonstrate a solid knowledge of employment legislation and regulations, along with proficiency in HR software and the Microsoft Office Suite. A Master's degree or an HR certification is preferred.
Essential qualifications include a Master of Business Administration or a PG Diploma in Human Resource Management. A minimum of 6 years of HR experience, with at least 4 years specifically in HR Operations, is required.
