Spearhead end-to-end executive search mandates, particularly for positions valued at ₹1 crore and above. Develop and implement strategic search methodologies to identify top-tier leadership talent across diverse industries. Actively build and nurture a robust pipeline of senior leadership candidates through extensive networking and market intelligence. Conduct comprehensive talent mapping, competitor analysis, and market benchmarking to inform strategic hiring decisions. Cultivate strong partnerships with senior business leaders and stakeholders, understanding their strategic hiring needs. Manage the entire candidate assessment process, ensuring alignment with functional expertise, leadership capabilities, and cultural fit. Deliver an exceptional and confidential candidate experience throughout the executive hiring lifecycle.

Possession of an MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, Management, or a related field is highly preferred. A minimum of 5 to 8 years of dedicated experience in executive or leadership hiring. Demonstrated expertise in executive search methodologies, talent mapping, and market intelligence. Exceptional skills in stakeholder management, influencing, negotiation, and relationship building are essential. Ability to collaborate effectively across departments, adhering to commercial and legal requirements. A proactive and practical approach to problem-solving, delivering insightful and actionable solutions. Agility, curiosity, mindfulness, and adaptability are key attributes for success in this dynamic role.
