This role, Assistant Manager - HR Operations, is specifically within our Talent Attraction & Acquisition team in Gurgaon. The Talent team is central to empowering you with purpose and valuable career experiences. We collaborate across functions to develop strategic solutions that enhance our employer value proposition (EVP).

As an Assistant Manager in Talent Attraction & Acquisition Operations, you will be instrumental in campus relationship and stakeholder management to drive effective talent acquisition. Your role involves strong workforce planning and hiring execution, meticulously aligned with business and campus recruitment needs. You will expertly manage candidate sourcing, screening, and the entire interview and selection process.

Further responsibilities include orchestrating campus branding and engagement activities to strengthen our hiring outreach and talent pipelines. You will also be responsible for robust data management, reporting, compliance, and process governance, ensuring our recruitment operations are accurate and well-structured.

To excel in this role, you must possess hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition, with a minimum of 3 years. A relevant educational background is essential, including qualifications such as a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature, Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Business Administration, Master of Business Administration, or a PG Diploma in Human Resource Management.
