This role is an Assistant Manager in Operations, specifically within the Talent Attraction & Acquisition team. As an Assistant Manager in Talent Attraction & Acquisition, your core responsibilities will involve spearheading end-to-end talent acquisition initiatives. You'll be responsible for comprehensive market mapping, in-depth talent research, and proactive direct sourcing to build robust pipelines, especially for niche and hard-to-fill positions. A significant part of your role will be partnering with senior business leaders, providing critical market intelligence, and influencing key hiring decisions.

You will independently manage multiple requisitions, driving hiring outcomes with minimal supervision, and demonstrating strong project and stakeholder management skills. A proactive, self-driven approach is essential. Additionally, you may lead or mentor small recruitment teams, ensuring delivery against ambitious hiring targets. A solid understanding of recruitment metrics, governance, candidate experience, and adherence to hiring process compliance is also expected.

To thrive in this role, you should possess 8-12 years of extensive end-to-end Talent Acquisition experience, ideally within large corporates, Global Capability Centers (GCCs), consulting firms, or professional services organizations. Demonstrated success in hiring for roles within Consulting, HR Consulting, HRO, Business Consulting, Transformation, Change Management, or advisory functions is crucial.

Essential qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in fields such as Computer Science, Physics, Chemistry, English Literature, Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Applications, or Design. Furthermore, a Master's degree in Data Science, Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Applications, Architecture, Design, or Public Health, or a Post Graduate Diploma in Management, or a PG Diploma in Human Resource Management, is also highly valued.
