The team partners effectively with business leaders, providing strategic talent advice and leveraging best practices. Our responsibilities include enabling the business, driving employee engagement, and bringing our strategy to life. Key workstreams within the team encompass Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Mobility, Compensation & Benefits, and enabling functions like HR Systems, Operations, and People Data Analytics. We also utilize our global strength to drive HR technology, projects, and processes to meet evolving business needs.

Leverage 8-12 years of end-to-end Talent Acquisition experience within large corporates, global capability centers, consulting firms, or professional services organizations.

Demonstrate expertise in hiring for Consulting, HR Consulting, HRO, Business Consulting, Transformation, Change Management, or advisory-related roles.

Develop strong capabilities in market mapping, talent research, direct sourcing, and building robust pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill positions.

Partner effectively with senior business leaders and stakeholders, offering valuable market intelligence and influencing key hiring decisions.

Independently manage multiple requisitions and drive hiring outcomes with minimal supervision, showcasing strong organizational and proactive skills.

Lead or mentor small recruitment teams and ensure delivery against critical hiring targets, supported by a solid understanding of recruitment metrics, governance, candidate experience, and process compliance.

You must possess 8-12 years of comprehensive experience in end-to-end Talent Acquisition, ideally within large corporate environments, global capability centers, consulting firms, or professional services organizations.

Proven success in hiring for specialized roles such as Consulting, HR Consulting, HRO, Business Consulting, Transformation, Change Management, and various advisory functions is essential.

Key skills include strong expertise in market mapping, talent research methodologies, direct sourcing strategies, and the ability to effectively build pipelines for both niche and challenging-to-fill positions.

Candidates should demonstrate significant experience in partnering with senior business leaders and stakeholders, providing insightful market intelligence, and influencing hiring decisions.

An ability to independently manage multiple recruitment requisitions, drive hiring outcomes with minimal supervision, and showcase strong project and stakeholder management skills is required.
