We seek an Assistant Manager with 8+ years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition, encompassing sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates. A strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment operations is essential to support hiring across diverse roles and functions. The ability to manage candidate pipelines and coordinate recruitment workflows efficiently, within defined timelines, is key. Proficiency in applying structured hiring practices and maintaining recruitment data accuracy and process compliance is required. You should leverage general consulting skills to support stakeholder requirements and optimize recruitment delivery. A Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science is the required educational qualification.
