Key responsibilities include: - Provide hands-on campus relationship and stakeholder management for effective talent acquisition. - Execute workforce planning and hiring aligned with business and campus recruitment needs. - Manage candidate sourcing, screening, and the interview/selection process efficiently. - Engage in campus branding and outreach activities to strengthen talent pipelines. - Ensure accurate recruitment operations through skilled data management, reporting, compliance, and process governance.

To excel in this role, you will need:

- A Bachelor of Arts in English Literature, Bachelor of Commerce, or Bachelor of Business Administration. - A Master of Business Administration or a PG Diploma in Human Resource Management. - A minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
