Key responsibilities include conducting learning needs assessments and creating annual learning calendars. You will engage with stakeholders to understand learning priorities and gather requirements through surveys and one-on-one interactions.
Manage L&D budgeting and planning, track learning expenditures against priorities, and consolidate the annual solution training budget. Oversee project management for learning initiatives, ensuring smooth deployment, timely escalations, and troubleshooting. You will also be responsible for creating classes on SuccessFactors & LMS, and developing business cases for external training programs.
Monitor external training programs for timely deployment and address any challenges. Prepare and release dashboards on schedule. Propose and implement innovative solutions to support the learning strategy, create collaterals, and manage branding for key programs. Contribute content for newsletters and internal reviews.
Build strong relationships with learning SPOCs and stakeholders, reporting and escalating challenges promptly. Collaborate with other EY learning teams to share and leverage best practices. Develop a strong understanding of the business to anticipate and meet evolving requirements.
Maintain and expand the internal and external SME/trainer pool. Assist in identifying suitable internal and external trainers for various programs. Identify the appropriate target audience for learning initiatives and drive participation. Communicate new vendor requirements to the operations team and assist in screening vendors and trainers.
Continuously monitor vendor performance to ensure high-quality trainers. Record and implement feedback to enhance training programs. Assist in building and updating content as needed, and contribute to strategic projects.
To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor of Commerce degree and have a minimum of 6 years of combined graduate and postgraduate experience.
