Design and deliver high-quality training sessions focused on analytics, Generative AI, and emerging technologies. Ensure a strong understanding of commerce, economics, and applied business contexts is conveyed.

Key responsibilities include explaining analytical thinking to non-technical audiences, demonstrating expertise in Generative AI concepts, and showcasing practical Python programming for analytics and AI. You will also cover database querying with SQL and data visualization using Power BI.

Develop curriculum and training materials, deliver engaging classroom or virtual training sessions, and simplify complex technical concepts for learners. Experience in delivering FinTech and Blockchain training programs is mandatory, with exposure to executive or professional education being an advantage.

This role requires a minimum of 10 years of overall experience, with at least 5 years specifically in training and instructional design. A strong foundation in analytics, Generative AI, Python programming, SQL, Power BI, and relevant domain knowledge in Economics and/or Commerce is essential.

Candidates must possess basic to intermediate understanding of Linear Algebra and Calculus, with the ability to apply these concepts to analytics and Machine Learning. Proven experience in curriculum design, training delivery, and learner engagement is mandatory.

Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in Technology, Data Science, Economics, or Commerce, along with relevant certifications in Analytics, GenAI, Blockchain, or Data Visualization. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a practical, learner-centric approach to teaching complex topics, are crucial.
