To be considered for this position, candidates must possess a relevant Bachelor's degree in fields such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master of Computer Applications (MCA). A strong background in Learning and Development is essential.
