Seeking an Assistant Manager with expertise in Guidewire Integration to provide technical ownership and leadership for Guidewire solutions. This role involves ensuring platform stability, scalability, and alignment with enterprise standards while guiding development teams and serving as a primary technical escalation point.

The position requires a blend of deep technical knowledge, solution leadership, and operational accountability to manage Guidewire platforms effectively. You will be instrumental in driving technical direction and upholding quality and reliability across assigned areas.

Take ownership of technical design and implementation for Guidewire solutions across domains like PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, and Digital platforms. Lead solution design for complex requirements, maximizing out-of-the-box capabilities and ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and security standards.

Provide technical leadership, govern solution designs and code, and set engineering standards. Support planning and estimation for delivery initiatives, acting as the technical authority during trade-offs. Own integration architecture and ensure non-functional requirements are met, guiding teams on cloud-native patterns and DevSecOps practices.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in Guidewire development is required, with strong expertise across multiple Guidewire products (PC, CC, BC, Jutro, etc.) and complex integrations. Proven experience managing technical delivery across multiple teams or modules is essential.

Candidates should possess a strong understanding of P&C insurance processes and regulatory contexts, along with experience in owning production stability and operational outcomes. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are also a must. Experience with Guidewire Cloud Platform, DevSecOps, and CI/CD is preferred.
