Join our team as an Assistant Manager, focusing on Guidewire Integration within our Engineering as a Service/Operate model. This role is based in Bengaluru Eco space and involves technical ownership of Guidewire solutions across various domains.

You will be instrumental in ensuring our Guidewire platforms are stable, scalable, and aligned with enterprise standards. This position requires a blend of deep technical expertise, leadership in solution design, and operational accountability. Beyond individual contributions, you'll drive technical direction, uphold quality, and act as a primary escalation point for technical challenges.

Take ownership of the technical design and implementation of Guidewire solutions, including PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, and Digital platforms. Lead solution design for complex, cross-module requirements, ensuring optimal use of out-of-the-box Guidewire capabilities. Provide technical leadership across multiple teams, reviewing designs and code for quality and consistency.

Ensure integration architecture and implementation meet non-functional requirements such as performance and scalability. Guide teams on cloud-native patterns and DevSecOps practices. Lead root-cause analysis for incidents and drive permanent fixes to improve platform stability. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to shape solution options and define realistic delivery approaches.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 3 years of Guidewire development experience. Essential qualifications include strong expertise across multiple Guidewire products (PC, CC, BC, Jutro) and significant experience with complex integrations and distributed systems. Proven ability to manage technical delivery across multiple teams or modules is required.

Candidates should possess a strong understanding of P&C insurance processes and regulatory context, along with demonstrated experience owning production stability and operational outcomes. Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills are crucial for success in this role.
