You will be instrumental in transforming business needs into precise, implementable functional requirements for Guidewire projects. Working within Agile frameworks, you'll ensure requirements align with Guidewire's capabilities and Zurich's standards.

This role emphasizes strong execution and functional expertise, offering increasing responsibility for both ongoing operations and project delivery. Your contributions will be vital in enhancing our Guidewire initiatives.

Your primary responsibilities include conducting functional analysis for Guidewire Policy, Billing, and Claim Centers, translating business needs into detailed epics and user stories. You'll prioritize out-of-the-box Guidewire features while identifying and justifying any necessary configurations or customizations. Collaborating closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders, you will shape requirements and contribute to solution definitions.

Additionally, you will own the quality of the backlog, ensuring user stories are clear, testable, and ready for development. Active participation in Agile ceremonies, supporting testing phases, and providing functional expertise for production incidents are also key aspects of this role. You'll promote the reuse of functional designs and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

We are seeking professionals with 7-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise settings, possessing strong hands-on expertise with the Guidewire Insurance Suite. A solid understanding of Property & Casualty insurance business processes and proven experience in Agile delivery environments are essential.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are a must. You should be adept at collaborating effectively with both business and technical teams. While not mandatory, experience with Guidewire Cloud transformations, production support, or integration architectures would be a valuable asset.
