As an Assistant Manager in Indirect Tax, you will cultivate strong client relationships and exceed expectations by ensuring adherence to GST compliance timelines and statutory requirements. Your responsibilities will include providing expert GST services to diverse clients, conducting thorough GST incidence reviews, and performing GST assessments as part of Internal Audit engagements.

You will also act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on GST-related queries, coordinate with tax authorities for registrations and approvals, and support audits or investigations. Additionally, you'll manage the timely filing of GST returns, process refunds, and address any queries related to submitted returns.

This role requires a Chartered Accountant (CA) with 0-2 years of experience specifically in Indirect Taxation. We are looking for a dedicated team player with effective communication and presentation skills, a strong interpersonal approach, and a persistent, persuasive demeanor.

Key responsibilities include assisting in the implementation of recommendations, conducting GST audits, and performing extensive research on critical aspects of GST laws. You'll benchmark against industry best practices to identify opportunities for GST incidence reduction and permanent cash flow benefits, while also providing valuable business advisory services under GST Laws and participating in the development and implementation of strategic GST initiatives to optimize tax incidence.
