Provide mentorship and support to team members via code reviews and guidance. Enhance system observability through the implementation of metrics, monitoring, and alerting solutions. Participate in on-call rotations to uphold operational excellence and champion best practices in code quality, testing, and agile methodologies. Utilize AI-driven tools while adhering to company policies.

A minimum of 9 to 12 years of hands-on software engineering experience is essential. Proficiency in Java and its associated frameworks such as Spring Boot is required, alongside experience with modern JavaScript frameworks like ReactJS, Vue, or Angular. A strong background in relational databases like MySQL and PostgreSQL, including schema and query design, is crucial. Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems is necessary. A solid understanding of computer science fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms, is expected. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills are vital for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience is preferred.
