Championing best practices in code quality, automated testing, and agile workflows is expected, alongside leveraging AI tools within company policy.

The ideal candidate possesses 9-12 years of software engineering experience with strong proficiency in Java and frameworks like Spring Boot. Expertise in ReactJS or modern JavaScript frameworks, along with relational databases (MySQL, Postgres) and RESTful APIs, is required. A firm grasp of computer science fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms, is essential.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills are necessary for working with diverse stakeholders. Preferred qualifications include experience in ad tech, programmatic advertising, cloud platforms like AWS, and modern DevOps tools (Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with data streaming mechanisms such as Apache Kafka is also advantageous. A BS/MS in Computer Science or Engineering is preferred.
