Lead and mentor a team of 4-8 engineers, ensuring the delivery of exceptional software products within agile frameworks. Guide the team in designing and developing applications utilizing microservices architecture and modern technologies like Java, Spring, and Angular.

Collaborate with product owners, architects, and other stakeholders to define requirements and plan sprint deliverables. Conduct design and code reviews, provide technical guidance, and ensure the quality and timely completion of all assigned tasks. You will also be responsible for performance appraisals, team growth, and identifying areas for process and technology enhancement.

Possess a BE/B.Tech/MCA with a strong academic record and at least 8 years of full-stack Java development experience. Demonstrated expertise in the Spring framework, Hibernate, and building scalable, secure enterprise web applications end-to-end is essential.

Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on experience with relational databases like MySQL or Oracle are required. A self-driven leader with excellent communication skills, capable of taking initiative and managing multiple priorities in a demanding environment is highly desirable.
