As an Assistant Manager and Tech Lead, you will spearhead a development team, taking full ownership of delivering high-quality software products within ambitious timelines. Your core duties include guiding the team through the entire software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis and application design to sprint planning and execution.

You'll actively participate in design and code reviews, provide essential technical guidance, and ensure the scalability, security, and availability of applications built on a microservices architecture. Collaboration with product owners, architects, project managers, and other stakeholders is key to successful product feature delivery. You will also be responsible for defining and refining development best practices, conducting performance appraisals, and nurturing the professional growth of your team members. Proactive identification and resolution of challenges related to people, processes, technology, and quality are also expected.

This role demands a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) or a Master's in Computer Applications (MCA) from a reputable institution, accompanied by strong academic achievements. A minimum of 8 years of comprehensive full-stack programming experience, with a deep focus on Java-based technologies and frameworks, is essential.

Key technical proficiencies include extensive experience with the Spring framework and Hibernate for web application development, along with a proven track record in designing and building high-performance, scalable, secure, and available enterprise-class web applications from end-to-end.
