As an Assistant Manager/Senior Consultant, you will lead the design and implementation of complex web applications. Responsibilities include developing end-to-end features using Python for the backend and React/Angular for the frontend.

You will architect and build scalable, secure, and performant RESTful APIs and microservices. Efficient state management and robust database schema design for both relational and NoSQL databases are key. Contributing to architectural decisions, system scalability, and CI/CD pipelines within cloud environments (AWS/Azure) using Docker is also integral to this role. Mentoring junior developers and ensuring high code quality through thorough reviews and testing coverage are expected.

A minimum of 8 years of practical experience in full-stack development is mandatory for this role. Proficiency in Python (backend) and modern frontend frameworks such as React or Angular is essential.
