As an Assistant Manager, you will cultivate robust client relationships and gain deep insights into diverse business processes. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough industry and company research, developing expertise across various sectors, and evaluating fraud risks. You will apply research and analytical skills to financial statements, legal documents, and other data sources. Key activities involve collaborating with clients to gather information, detect and prevent fraud, and analyze legal documents to understand their impact on financial analyses.

Further, you will cultivate a sharp analytical mindset to identify data gaps and trends, performing both qualitative and quantitative financial and documentary analyses. The role requires efficient teamwork, meticulous attention to detail, and participation in client meetings. You will also assist in organizing findings for client deliverables and may travel domestically and internationally.

We are seeking candidates who possess strong business modelling acumen, complemented by professional qualifications such as CA, CFA, or MBA. Freshers from the May 2026/November 2025 batches are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in Forensic/Disputes Advisory or a professional fraud examination qualification is highly desirable.

Essential skills include a solid understanding of business processes and controls, excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English, and a strong academic record. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation is crucial, alongside a robust analytical mindset and structured problem-solving approach.
