Join our dynamic Transaction Services team as an Assistant Manager specializing in Financial Due Diligence. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage with M&A transactions, conducting thorough diligence, execution, and reporting.

We partner with a diverse clientele, including corporations, private equity firms, and institutional investors, assisting them through various transaction stages. In this role, you will cultivate strong client and team relationships, consistently aiming to exceed expectations. Responsibilities include understanding target businesses and their key drivers, assessing data accuracy, and resolving anomalies by liaising with clients and third parties.

You will perform in-depth financial analysis to draw conclusions and identify critical issues. Developing high-quality deliverables, such as Excel and PowerPoint documents, within stipulated timelines is essential. You will also report key findings to management and support business development activities, working on a variety of deals across different industry verticals.

We are seeking candidates with a strong academic background, ideally a Chartered Accountant qualified in the first or second attempt, with 0-2 years of post-qualification experience. Prior audit or related articleship experience is advantageous.

Exposure to transaction services and knowledge of Indian GAAP are crucial, with IFRS knowledge being a plus. You must possess robust analytical skills and advanced proficiency in MS Excel for processing large datasets. Excellent commercial acumen, market awareness, and strong written and verbal communication skills are vital for success in this client-facing role.
