Lead IT commercial pricing, leveraging expertise in various IT industry models and their impact on deal commercials. Develop and maintain a pricing tool, creating narratives and simulations to support informed decision-making. Respond to the commercial sections of Request for Proposals (RFPs) for IT outsourcing deals, preparing comprehensive business cases for Birlasoft and clients. Collaborate closely with sales and delivery teams, including senior management, to shape deal structures and ensure financial viability.

Create and meticulously review deal Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and financials for each opportunity, actively monitoring margins. Identify potential commercial risks and propose effective risk mitigation frameworks. Analyze and report on statistical data, including Revenue/FTE, Cost/FTE, zero revenue resources, efficiency, and billed headcount, to provide actionable insights. Ensure a clear understanding of RFPs, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and Statements of Work (SOWs), reviewing them from a business finance perspective to highlight key risks and issues.

A minimum of 5-6 years of experience is required, specifically in leading IT commercial pricing. Proficiency in financial modeling for multi-million IT deals is essential. Candidates must be well-versed in IT industry terminologies and their impact on commercial pricing strategies. A strong command of Excel is necessary for preparing dashboards and reports. A clear understanding of RFPs, MSAs, and SOWs, particularly from a business finance standpoint, is crucial. Experience in reviewing and marking up commercial terms and conditions within proposals is expected. The role requires the ability to analyze statistical data and report on key financial metrics.
