As a Deputy Manager in the FDD Team, you will foster strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service. Key responsibilities include swiftly grasping target business fundamentals and market drivers.

You will interpret and analyze financial information, including information memoranda, business plans, and publicly available data. This role involves producing high-quality deliverables, such as Excel and PowerPoint documents, within tight deadlines, and reporting to senior management.

Tasks include reviewing historical trading, cash flow, and balance sheets, analyzing projections and underlying assumptions, and identifying potential risks or price-affecting considerations. You will also engage in cross-border teams on various transactions, assisting a diverse client base from large multinationals to owner-managed businesses.

We are seeking a CA qualified professional, ideally with first-time passes and 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. Experience in transaction diligence is highly advantageous.

Essential skills include strong report writing and reviewing capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, conciseness, and effective risk management. Proficiency in Excel for quick and accurate data manipulation is crucial.
