As a Deputy Manager within the FDD Team, you will cultivate strong relationships with colleagues and clients, consistently aiming to exceed expectations. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage in critical financial due diligence processes.

You will gain a rapid understanding of target businesses and their drivers, interpreting financial information, business plans, and publicly available data. Responsibilities include producing high-quality deliverables, such as Excel and PowerPoint documents, within deadlines. You will also analyze historical trading, cash flow, and balance sheets, review projections, and identify key risks and pricing considerations for our clients.

Engage in a variety of transactions, from IPOs to large cross-border acquisitions, as part of international teams. Assist a wide range of clients, from large multinationals and private equity firms to owner-managed businesses. Long-term, there are potential opportunities for international secondments.

We are seeking candidates who are CA qualified, ideally with first-time passes, and possess 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. Experience or exposure to transaction diligence would be advantageous. Essential skills include strong report writing and reviewing capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, conciseness, and robust risk management abilities.

Proficiency in Excel for quick and accurate data manipulation is crucial. A strong commercial acumen and market awareness are also vital. Candidates must be focused on delivering high-quality service and demonstrate fluency in both written and spoken English. This position is based in Delhi.
