Proven experience in performance and project management, alongside strong coaching and mentoring abilities, is essential. Candidates should demonstrate exceptional listening, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to self-start, manage multiple priorities, and effectively lead teams of 20+ individuals towards shared goals.
