Join our Engineering, AI & Data team as a specialized SAP FICO Offshore Support Consultant. This role is crucial for maintaining seamless financial operations across global locations, focusing on inter-company transactions, integrating OpenText and OneSource, and managing group reporting within S/4HANA. Collaborate with onsite teams and business users worldwide to resolve issues, implement enhancements, and ensure adherence to financial standards.

Provide expert SAP FICO support and configuration, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Asset Accounting, with a focus on inter-company transactions and financial consolidation. Lead or assist in integrating SAP FICO with OpenText for Vendor Invoice Management and workflow automation. Support tax automation via OneSource integration for accurate indirect tax calculations. Aid in setting up and maintaining S/4HANA Group Reporting, including financial consolidation and intercompany eliminations. Manage incident resolution and enhancements using SAP best practices. Develop functional specifications and user guides, conducting system testing for knowledge transfer. Collaborate with global teams on requirements gathering, design workshops, and integration reviews.

Requires a minimum of 7 years of SAP FICO experience, specifically with inter-company transactions, tax procedures, and group reporting. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or a CA certification, is preferred. Demonstrated experience with OpenText and OneSource integrations for document management and tax automation is essential. Strong familiarity with S/4HANA Finance and Group Reporting, including financial consolidation and intercompany eliminations, is required. Hands-on experience with Coupa procurement systems and their integration with SAP FICO is also necessary. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are vital.
