Seeking a seasoned SAP SD Functional Consultant with 7-10 years of specialized experience in SAP SD/OTC processes. This role is crucial for maintaining stable production operations, delivering L2/L3 support, and ensuring high-quality incident resolution. You will be responsible for conducting root cause analysis, managing change requests, and fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve seamless order-to-cash operations.

Take ownership of SAP SD and OTC incident and change request tickets. Analyze issues, identify gaps, and provide timely functional fixes or collaborate with technical teams for comprehensive solutions. Monitor daily critical business processes, including order creation, pricing, delivery, shipment, billing, and revenue postings, ensuring SLA compliance and transparent communication.

Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement permanent solutions to enhance system stability. Gather business requirements for change requests and enhancements, creating detailed functional specifications for configuration changes, enhancements, or RICEFW developments. Validate fixes and support SIT/UAT cycles, while maintaining thorough documentation for all activities.

A minimum of 7-10 years of SAP SD functional experience with a strong grasp of OTC processes is essential, along with an SAP Certification. Proven expertise in AMS/steady-state support, preferably within large enterprise environments, is required. You should possess a deep understanding of SD business processes and a track record in SAP SD configuration and end-to-end projects.

Demonstrated experience in writing functional specifications and effectively collaborating with technical teams is key. The ability to analyze logs, debug functional errors, and work closely with ABAP teams is also critical. Familiarity with cross-module impacts (FI/CO, MM, WM/EWM), strong communication skills for interacting with business users and IT stakeholders, and an ownership mindset to drive issues to closure are vital for success in this role.
