As the Lead Frontend Developer, you will architect and evolve our frontend landscape, ensuring robust component hierarchies, effective state management, and seamless API integrations. You'll champion TypeScript best practices and own the design system strategy for consistency and accessibility.

Your daily work will involve writing production-grade React and TypeScript code, implementing complex UI features, and optimizing rendering performance. You will also establish and maintain rigorous testing strategies and CI/CD pipelines, alongside monitoring frontend observability.

Leadership is key; you will guide a team of frontend engineers, drive sprint planning, and mentor developers in their technical and career growth. Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Design, Backend, and DevOps teams will be essential for translating requirements into actionable technical specifications and ensuring smooth project delivery.

To excel in this role, you should possess over 9 years of professional frontend development experience, with at least 3 years in a team or workstream leadership capacity. Expert proficiency in React (including hooks, context, and concurrent features) and TypeScript is essential.

A strong understanding of browser internals, the rendering pipeline, and performance optimization techniques is required. Experience in building and maintaining design systems or component libraries, along with a demonstrated ability to provide constructive code reviews and elevate team standards, is crucial.

Solid knowledge of accessibility, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility is a must. Familiarity with Next.js, micro-frontends, monorepo tooling, backend technologies, open-source contributions, real-time data, and cloud platforms are considered advantageous.
