Guide offshore development teams through sprint planning and solution design. Ensure compliance with coding standards and architectural principles. Oversee production issue resolution for Sales Cloud. Drive adoption of advanced development practices and AI-powered tools. Lead offshore and onsite engineering teams to achieve technical delivery excellence. Coordinate with onsite leads and product managers to align technical direction.
