Join our dynamic Engineering, AI & Data team as an Assistant Manager, specializing in SAP FICO for our Foundry & Managed Services. You will play a key part in improving financial performance, accelerating digital business initiatives, and fostering growth through innovative approaches.

As an SAP FICO Offshore Support Consultant, you will provide expert support and configuration for SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling modules. Your expertise will ensure seamless financial operations globally, focusing on inter-company transactions, integration with OpenText and OneSource, and managing group reporting in S/4HANA. You'll collaborate closely with onsite teams and international business users to resolve issues, implement enhancements, and maintain compliance with financial standards.

Provide expert configuration and support for SAP FICO modules, including GL, AP, AR, and Asset Accounting, with a strong focus on inter-company transactions and financial consolidation. Lead or assist in integrating SAP FICO with OpenText for Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) and workflow automation. Support tax automation through OneSource integration, ensuring accurate indirect tax calculations and reporting. Assist in setting up and maintaining Group Reporting functionalities in S/4HANA, covering financial consolidation, reconciliation, and intercompany eliminations. Manage incident resolution, troubleshooting, and enhancement requests in alignment with SAP best practices, working with functional and technical teams.

Develop and maintain functional specifications, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and user guides, while conducting system testing for effective knowledge transfer. Collaborate closely with onsite and offshore teams, actively participating in requirements gathering, design workshops, and integration reviews to achieve business objectives.

A minimum of 7 years of hands-on SAP FICO experience is essential, with proven expertise in inter-company transactions, tax procedures, and group reporting configuration/support. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required; a CA or equivalent professional certification is preferred.

Demonstrated experience with OpenText integration for document management and workflow automation, coupled with practical knowledge of OneSource integration for indirect tax automation within SAP. Strong familiarity with S/4HANA Finance and Group Reporting modules, including financial consolidation and intercompany eliminations, is expected.

Experience with Coupa procurement and spend management systems and their integration with SAP FICO modules is beneficial. Excellent communication skills are vital for engaging with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders, alongside strong problem-solving abilities and experience in incident management and project coordination.

Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Finance and its integration with Procurement, Order-to-Cash, Manufacturing, and Finance processes is important. Experience with Repetitive, Process, and Discrete Manufacturing, particularly in the automotive sector, is advantageous. SAP certifications in Controlling (CO) or S/4HANA Finance are highly desirable. The ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams, along with strong organizational skills to manage competing priorities, is crucial.
