We are seeking a dedicated SAP SD Functional Consultant to enhance our Engineering, AI, and Data capabilities.

Provide L2/L3 production support for SAP SD and OTC processes, resolving incidents and managing change requests with high quality. Conduct root cause analysis to implement permanent fixes and enhance system stability. Gather business requirements, create functional specifications, and collaborate with technical teams for enhancements and developments. Configure core SAP SD components, troubleshoot issues across OTC flows, and support SIT/UAT cycles. Maintain comprehensive documentation and provide user support and training.

Requires 7-10 years of SAP SD functional experience with strong OTC knowledge and a mandatory SAP Certification. Proven expertise in AMS/steady-state support, preferably for large enterprises, is essential. Demonstrated experience in SAP SD configuration, end-to-end implementation/support projects, and writing functional specifications is key. Ability to analyze logs, debug functional errors, and collaborate effectively with ABAP teams is required. Understanding of cross-module impacts with FI/CO, MM, and WM/EWM, coupled with strong communication and ownership skills, is necessary.
