Join our dynamic Forensic and Financial Crime Team as an Assistant Manager in Gurugram. This role offers a unique opportunity to support Deloitte member firms globally, focusing on eDiscovery and Forensic Technology engagements.
You will be an integral part of a team providing advisory and support services, working on diverse forensic engagements. This position allows for collaboration with cross-border and cross-service line teams, fostering professional growth within Deloitte's extensive global network.
Delve into the exciting world of eDiscovery, cyber forensics, and application development. You will contribute to various stages of the EDRM model, from data processing and analysis to review support and production, utilizing leading platforms like Nuix, Relativity, and Brainspace.
As an Assistant Manager, you will build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include supporting Deloitte member firms in their eDiscovery and Forensic Technology practices, working efficiently under tight deadlines, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality results.
Key duties involve adhering to documented processes for data processing and review management, operating eDiscovery platforms, and extracting text and metadata from electronic documents. You will also validate data, perform quality checks, and design/execute review workflows, including first-level, second-level, privilege, and QC reviews.
Further responsibilities include supporting Project Managers with STRs, review setups, and productions. You will lead and manage review teams, monitor progress, productivity, and quality metrics, and handle escalations related to complex legal issues. Optimizing review efficiency through TAR/CAL, analytics, and AI tools, alongside planning and executing document productions, will be crucial.
We seek candidates with a Graduate or Master's degree in a technical discipline, such as Computer Science or Computer Information Systems, and a minimum of 3 years of eDiscovery experience.
Essential skills include a strong understanding of Data Processing technologies like Relativity and Nuix, and experience in designing and implementing review protocols for large-scale document review management. Proficiency in document production processes and performing pre- and post-production QC checks is also vital.
Candidates should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with extensive client-facing experience, coupled with proven analytical and systematic problem-solving abilities. A strong command of basic PC functions and the Windows environment, including MS Excel and Office, is required. Familiarity with General Database, Networking, and Systems concepts is expected.
