Join Deloitte as an Assistant Manager in DevOps and lead the charge in building and optimizing internal Agentic AI applications. This role focuses on cloud infrastructure, automation, and implementing cutting-edge CI/CD and DevSecOps practices. You'll work with a variety of internal tools, including Teams Bots, web applications, and embeddable widgets, requiring expertise in major cloud platforms and container orchestration.

Key responsibilities include designing and implementing robust CI/CD pipelines, leading infrastructure automation initiatives, and managing cloud environments across AWS, Azure, and GCP. You will also be responsible for implementing comprehensive monitoring and logging solutions, driving containerization with Docker and Kubernetes, and ensuring the security and compliance of our applications.
Further duties involve troubleshooting complex production issues, fostering collaboration between development, QA, security, and infrastructure teams, and establishing best practices for DevSecOps. Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to strategic technical decisions will also be a core part of your role.
We are seeking an Assistant Manager with 9-12 years of experience in DevOps and Cloud Engineering. Essential technical skills include expertise in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Travis CI, or CircleCI, and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP is mandatory, along with strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Ruby. Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana, and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, is crucial. A solid understanding of DevSecOps principles and strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills are also required.
