Deloitte seeks a seasoned Assistant Manager in DevOps, bringing 9-12 years of specialized experience. This role is pivotal in leading advancements for internal Agentic AI applications, including Teams Bots, web applications, and embeddable widgets.

The focus areas encompass cloud infrastructure management, sophisticated automation strategies, CI/CD pipeline implementation, and robust DevSecOps initiatives. A strong foundation in cloud platforms, infrastructure as code, Kubernetes, and platform engineering is essential for success in this dynamic position.

Key duties involve the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of CI/CD pipelines across diverse environments.

This includes spearheading infrastructure automation, managing cloud deployments on AWS, Azure, and GCP, and deploying comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.

Driving containerization with Docker and Kubernetes, ensuring application resilience, scalability, and security, and resolving complex production issues are also core responsibilities. Collaboration with development, QA, security, and infrastructure teams, alongside establishing DevSecOps best practices and mentoring junior engineers, are integral to the role.

A minimum of 9-12 years of dedicated experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering is mandatory.

Proficiency is required in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Travis CI, and CircleCI, alongside expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation.

Candidates must demonstrate strong command over cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, and possess scripting skills in Python, Bash, and Ruby. Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana, containerization with Docker and Kubernetes, and DevSecOps principles is crucial.
