As an Assistant Manager focusing on Network Security, you will cultivate and maintain positive professional relationships with colleagues and clients, striving to surpass their expectations.

Key responsibilities include: - Leading and independently executing cybersecurity and network security projects. - Conducting thorough risk assessments and evaluating the effectiveness of security controls across diverse environments (network infrastructure, operating systems, databases, cloud, and enterprise applications). - Reviewing and assessing IT General Controls (ITGC), IT Application Controls (ITAC), Identity & Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), firewall security, and change management procedures. - Evaluating adherence to security standards and frameworks like ISO 27001. - Identifying security control deficiencies, proposing actionable recommendations, and overseeing their remediation. - Managing stakeholder interactions and presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership.

We are seeking a Network Security professional with 5 to 8 years of experience in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Risk Management, or related IT Security domains.

Essential skills and qualifications include: - A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as B.Tech, B.COM, B.sc, MBA, or M.COM. - Expertise in Network Security and Cybersecurity principles. - Proven experience with ITGC & ITAC Reviews. - Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM). - Proficiency in Firewall Security & Change Management processes. - Demonstrated ability in Risk Assessment & Compliance, particularly with standards like ISO 27001.

Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor are highly advantageous and preferred.
